Help Scorekeep and Learn More About the Game of Lacrosse

Registration is now open for the scorekeeper training Feb. 18th.  The training will be held from:
9 -11am at the Granite Reef Senior Center, 1700 N. Granite Reef Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.

This course will provide detail information regarding the types of statistics that are tracked and how to identify each scenario. In the process, you will learn alot about the game of lacrosse. Anyone can be a scorekeeper; you do not need to know the game to be a great scorekeeper.

Tucson Storm Girls Lacrosse Club

 

NEEDED: We are looking for a coach for Tucson Storm High School Girls Lacrosse for the 2012 Spring Season. Our girls come from different high schools in Tucson and Oro Valley. We are currently practicing at a local middle school, provided by the boys lacrosse team. We are looking into a lighted field for the Spring Season, with practices running 4 days a week from 5pm-7pm.

 

We are interested in a candidate with prior playing or coaching experience at the high school and/or college level. We are looking for a person to teach skill development, set up drill plans for effective practices, Saturday games and share the sport of LAX in a positive way. Position runs from January 2012 through May 2012. This is a coaching only position. Administrative responsibilities are handled by Team Manager. Stipend: negotiable based on experience.
